A PSpice Bias Point simulation (show the Schematic window) that
verifies the DC design Q-point for the transistor.
A PSpice Time Domain/Transient simulation (show the Probe window)
that verifies the AC design for the small-signal voltage gain of the circuit.
A set of PSpice Bode Plots of amplitude in dB and phase in degrees (10
Hz.-20 kHz) which verify that the high-pass cutoff frequency of your design has
not significantly affected the AC voltage gain of the amplifier at 1000 Hz.
2. Use the design specifications in problem 1 above to design a classic 4R Biased CS Amplifier using a single IRF-150 MOSFET transistor. The relevant design specifications for that transistor are available from the IRF 150 Power MOSFET Test Circuit and Results in Files Attached Provide the following for your circuit design:
a. Your step-by-step design calculations for the values of all of the necessary circuit components.
b. A PSpice Time Domain/Transient simulation (show the Schematic and the
Probe window) that verifies the AC design for the small-signal voltage gain of the
circuit.
c.How much DC power is dissipated by the MOSFET?
