A couple of questions were raised on HW #3.For problem 1 please use the 3 period forecast for 2014 as the basis for calculating the EOQ and all other calculations.For question number 4 please assume a 90% service level. This would result in a z scale value of 1.28.So the formula = (demand over reorder period AND lead time) +(1.28*standard deviation of demand over reorder period AND lead time)
