CLASSConcurrent with our discussion of lessons from the stories of change in Chapter 1 I want to introduce you to the change literature this week by asking you to review the attached case study involving the merger of two hotels at Disney World. One of the weaknesses in our textbook is that it does not focus enough in my opinion on the practical application of change concepts.
