Data was collected by a large car manufacturer concerninga new prototype car the Cielo. Thirty carefully selectedrespondents were shown the car and fully briefed about itscapabilities. The data collected included age in years gendersocial statusranging from 10 low status to 30 high statusmeasured by Likert scale; attitude toward the Cieloranging from 6negative attitude to 30 positive attitude measured by LikertScale; and intention to purchase the Cieloyes or no.
