abdomen soft mild to moderate tenderness at midabdominal palpation silight guarding and rebound tenderness No ascites noted. No pulsatile masses no abdominal bruits ascultated. BS present in all 4 quadraqnts. No hepatosplenomegaly noted. Rectal exam: 1 to 2+ to internal palpation.
Case Study:
Jerome Cauthen 22 years old male c/o abdominal pain thata started 8 hours ago a become little worse in the time. Denies nausea vomits and diarrhea. Pain no related with food. reports can’t keep himself standed the pain is pushing him to lie down.
