I am applying for a promotion to Sales Manager in myorganization. My boss has asked me to write a business plan forreview (I am up against 4 others). The business plan is supposed toinclude the following: An action plan on driving sales; How I willgrow the business and the team; What my personal goals are (since Iam still in production); How I will motivate the team; Identifyingwhat is broken and how to fix it. This is not the typical businessplan and I have no idea where to start or how to lay it out. I havegreat ideasI just need to lay it out in a way that will capture myaudience.
