I am looking for someone who is very experienced with flash builder and actionsc

I am looking for someone who is very experienced with flash builder and actionscript. The assignment is fairly simple. I have adocument with all the things I need to include that I will upload. Basically I just want a simple slingshot game where you drag a ball and sling it into a box or whatever. It has to be all done in flash builder using actionscript. Must include 2d physics and only two levels along with a leaderboard using mysql. It must also include collision detections as well. I am looking for something very simple that only consists of lines squares and circles basically. I dont need anything graphical. Can someone help me please. I will upload the document below.
