I come into your store and I am extremely upset. I explain that Iwas sold a defective product given rotten service and theemployee who waited on me was rude and abusive. I do not have thedefective product I do not have a receipt and I am demanding animmediate replacement at no charge. I am making a scene and Idemand satisfaction. What do you do?
