I request to withdraw my balance of $50 and Studyacer sent mean email saying tha

I request to withdraw my balance of $50 and Studyacer sent mean email saying that they completed my request. But I never see anyfunds from Studyacer into my paypal. I request the funds to go backto my Studyacer account but Studyacer didnt do that. Does thismean Studyacer will not return your balance?
