Identify any quality Managemtn related problem that you have come across in your primary place of employment. You have been hired as a consultant to fix it. A big promotion is on the line if you impress top management. What I would like you to do is the following:
Define the problem. Make sure that the problem is specific and well articulated.
Describe in depth how would you go about solving this problem using the quality tools/principles that you have learnt about.
