In this paper I will explain developing an ethicalorganization. It is essential to ensure that when developing anorganization it is ethical. It is also important to define itsfundamental purpose philosophy and values. To provide a sense ofdirection it is helpful to determine whom the organization istrying to appeal to; its clientele and what services will beprovided to them. This will allow the organization to develop aplan outlining how to provide these services; making it clear tothe employees of expectations and goals. In this plan members ofthe community involvement must play a role; to develop and maintainan ethical organization the inclusion of all stakeholders will be apriority. Setting goals mission and values explains why theorganization exists and whose needs it can fulfill.
