You will also see how human resources handle the retention and loss of employees.OverviewThis unit has three purposes:First you will conduct an analysis of certain laws relating to organized labor as these have an impact in every American workplace.Second you will examine how HR practices such as base salary health benefits vacation and pension plans can help retain productive employees. There are times when the strategic needs of the organization require that the workforce be reduced. In these instances the issue of how this can be done with the least impact on the remaining employees motivation and morale is an important one.
