Why or why not? Based on your Path-Goal leadership questionnaire results what actions might you take that would influence those following you to perceive you as a transformational leader?

For years my leadership style was on an individual basis and forming one on one relationships. Since I had a good relationship with all group members on an individual basis when the group came together collectively my role as their leader was more apparent. After witnessing the effectiveness of transformational leadership behaviors I continued to utilize this style long after leaving employment where a certain style was more of a necessity than a leadership choice. The path-goal style of leadership that I scored highly in were the participative and achievement-oriented styles. These are the styles that I prefer; however if confronted with an inexperienced or low-skill subordinate I may choose a directive style (Northouse 2013).References
