She rarely leaves his sideeven though she is a single mom with three older children.Neighbors have offered to help watch the older children any timeshe needs to leave the house especially for doctor visits. Kevinis dehydrated due to gastroenteritis and has an IV in his righthand which is swaddled in gauze to prevent him from pulling the IVout. He is right-handed and cannot play as well with his lefthand. He cannot eat or drink anything yet even though he isbeginning to feel hungry.
