It is travel through our blood vessels and there are two types of cholesterol: High-density lipoprotein (HDL) is good and Low-density lipoprotein (LDL) is bad. LDL can lead to buildup of plaque in the artery and cause heart disease. In this essay I will discuss the ways to reduce cholesterol from blood from blood stream.
