Find all the records in the ORDERS table that were placed in March of 2009. 3. List all the cities from the CUSTOMERS table that begin with the letters a thru g. 4. Select all records from the ORDERS table from the 1st quarter of 2009. 5. Find all the ORDERS from March 1 2009 to March 13 2009. 6. List the unique city and state combinations from the CUSTOMERS table. Dont include locations where there is not a city indicated. 7. Perform a Self-Join on the Customers table to determine which Customers do not have a contact. 8. Perform a Join on the Customers and Orders table. List only the Customers without a contact and provide the sum of orders per Customers (ie: Quantity * Price). List the Customer only once
