Recently youve read four primary accounts (Chumash Mythology Working in the Fields Straight Outta Compton and Farewell to Manzanar) and four secondary accounts (Into the Strawberry Fields An Overview of Japanese Internment The Causes of the Los Angeles Riots of 1992 and An Overview of California Native Culture). Which do you think is the better type of source for learning about the past and why? Your answer should contain specific examples from at least four of these readings.
