The aim of this assignment is to produce a report that reviews a major industrial project in the context of its success and failures with reference to management methods planning methods and controls used.Your group is expected to select a project from the groups organisations if possible or from an appropriate industrial study which has recently finished or is about to be completed and use this project for the basis of your report. You should analyse the project in depth identifying its success and failures and then demonstrate how you would have managed and controlled the project in hindsight. You must also assess your performance within the group and determine how you could have improved this.The group should be between 3 and 6 members in size you may select your own groups. All members of the group must produce an individual assignment as stated below and all assignments must list the members of the group by student number and or by name.Reading Materials
