something.When this happens you need to
have a process in place to deal with the change.That is your first assignment.You are to produce a one page single-spaced
scope change management plan for a project to create a cloud storage solution
for medical records.This scope change
management plan document must include how you will handle all aspects of scope
change management including how scope changes are requested how they are
handled measuring impact of requests who decides if the change is
approved/denied. Remember to think about the five types of change motivations
as presented in the lesson and make sure your plan works for all of them.(Note that a good scope change management
plan would work equally well for most projects with only minor
modifications.)
