. Students are to demonstrate an understanding the issue or problem examined in their paper. Make an argument do not summarize using exiting literature. Thesis statement is to be clearly defined. The paper should be between 8 to 10 pages (double-spaced and typed) and submitted on or before the due date-April 18 2013. It is recommended that ideas and discussions presented in class and other readings/data from secondary sources be used in presenting a critical analysis of the issue/subject-matter of the paper. This paper does not require the students to undertake a research project involving collection of primary data. Students must make use of library sources including peer-reviewed journal articles and books. A minimum of eight references 6 peer-reviewed journal articles and two books are required.
