Shown in the figure below is a layout of an existing warehouse. One-way aisles are 8ft wide while two-way aisles are 16 ft wide (Direction of one-way aisles are depicted with arrows). Each storage bay is approximately 20 ft x 20 ft. Three products (X Y and Z) are to be stored. Door A and Door B serve as the receiving and shipping docks respectively. The area requirements and load rates are shown in the table below. Determine the layout for product storage (which products should occupy which bays) that will minimize the expected travel distance.
