The DeQuarto family is planning a 14-day trip to Colorado. Debbie Mike and their three kids Courtney Alexis and Andres will be going. They want to
compare costs between driving and flying. They found a flight for $210 round-trip per person. The airport is 15 miles from their home and charges $10 per
night in parking. If they drove they would be traveling 900 miles one way. Gas is $2.92 and their vehicle gets 24 miles a gallon. They would need to stay
in a hotel two nights each way. The estimated hotel cost is $110 a night. Because they have to eat whether they drive or fly they are not concerned with
those costs. Do you recommend they fly or drive?
