Inother cases there are things that affect the implementation ofchange such as processes and motivation. In still other cases theenvironment contains elements that can promote or inhibit thesuccess of change. The factors that follow will be discussed interms of the three dimensions of change: reason or cause; effectsor influences; and the environment.
