Up to this point in the program you should have worked on a team. Your experiences may have been positive or negative or a combination of both for many different reasons.
Draw upon a current or previous experience in a professional organization and discuss a time when you had to solve a problem as a member of a team. Tell us about what worked and what did not work. What problems emerged while working with your project team and how were they solved? Please do not use specifics (such as names etc.) but instead focus on the issues and objectives and not personal points.
Do this based on working for a small retail store as an office manager. Also please refer to the reading as it needs to be applied to the problem
