You have some interesting ideas about goal setting but Ineed to know a bit more from you. I believe that writing down yourgoals is like a promise. When you put your goals in writing thephysical commitment to the goal has already been made and it seemsmore real. I often think about things that I dont follow throughon but if something makes my schedule it means I plan on doing it.Writing the goal works the same way. It is a commitment you make(to yourself) that starts to become real. Your thoughts? Can youadd something you learned from Mind Tools or another academicresource in a response back to me to practice supporting your ownideas with course materials?
