Twenty-three student teachers took part in an evaluation program designed to measure teacher effectiveness and determine what factors are important. Eleven female instructors took part. The respopnse measure was a quantitative evaluation made on the cooperating teacher. The independent variables were scores on four standardized tests given to each instructor.
