predecessors for each activity know the duration of each activity and know the resources required for each activity. You can use the following information
(the letters represent activities) and rename the activities to describe a project of your liking. However you need to use the same predecessors activity
durations and resources used (each letter represents a resource).

First define the Gantt chart based on the information in the table. Next assuming a five-day work week (1) find the critical path and (2) calculate the
project duration in days. Assuming that each employee is assigned 100 percent to each task identify the resource allocation issues/constraints. If necessary
(3) level the resources (no overtime each resource can only work five days a week) and determine the (4) new critical path and duration time (insert a note
summarizing duration changes). Identify any alternative solution that you can use to (5) shorten the project duration without over-allocating resources (insert
a note summarizing the results from applying your solution) and save/upload your file.
