Project 3: Medical MarijuanaFourteen states currently have laws allowing the use of marijuana for medical purposes which means that individuals in those states have a defense against state criminal prosecution for prescribed marijuana use. In some states where this is the case the law specifically states that employers need not accommodate the use of medical marijuana in the workplace.
