Think of an organization with which you are personally familiar (best) or of which you are aware through word of mouth or reading. Identify one underlying
value belief or assumption that you believe is a part of the culture of this organization (preferably one of the less obvious ones). Then identify at least
three observable cultural forms that lead you to believe that this value belief assumption is at work in this organization. Finally discuss whether this
underlying ideological component and its outward expressions are serving the organization well or if the organization might need some cultural adjustment.
Must be 1000 words at least three credible references.
